Streetwyze received the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Foundation PIONEER award to partner with Health Leads, Roots Community Health Clinic, and Healthy Black Families to develop real-time data systems that inform the design of health programs, policies, and providers across California’s Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
